Rack Rental

BVDMV will deliver and setup the racks prior to the event and then teardown and remove the racks following the event’s conclusion

The venue is responsible for the delivery of bike valet services and the security of the racks while in their care

BVDMV can optionally provide signage to help event visitors find the bike valet space

What makes rack rental unique?

  • No need to own racks that are only occasionally needed
  • Absent a convenient bike valet, guests will find someplace to lockup their bike that has the potential to impede other guests’ access to the venue.
  • Provides a place for patrons to leave their bike, scooter and helmet so that you do not have to allow those possessions into your venue or event.
