The patron portal enables event attendees to reserve a space for their bike and send us a message when they’re ready to retrieve it, reducing their wait time to both enter or leave an event.

- When creating a patron account, the guest can take a picture of their bike, scooter etc so we maintain a record of their property if it is ever stolen outside of our care.
